Tara Hills mobile park is one of the most attractive parks in East Bay Area. It is well developed. The roads are paved. The area is clean. The quality of land, i think, is good. It is designed for residents ages 55 and up. Therefore, it provides benefits that other mobile parks don't. Inside the park is available the following: community center, heated pool, sauna and many more amenities. it seems the management of the park is experienced. This senior retirement community is relatively affordable.

Park is situated nicely with a view of the bay. Clubhouse and pool are some of the bigger ones I've seen in a manufactured home community. I'm seeing some reviews about the staff that look a bit like sour grapes to me. I've witnessed rules slide and unruly tenants get away with things in other parks. Staff here was cordial but more importantly were knowledgeable to processes, knew when to enforce rules, and how extinguish riff raff. I could see why that may come off as 'unfriendly' to some, but you need a staff to be thick skinned when necessary in this world... if you know, you know 🙂

I come here Monday - Friday to caretaker for a resident at this senior living mobile park. I find this place to be very nice and safe to live.They have a couple of trailers for sale. If interested you can drive through the park and note the realtor that you can contact. This community is very clean. Everybody gets along with each other The management and stafff are very professional .They also have a monthly calender with different events that you can join if interested come by and check it out.. Have a beautiful day

We recently came here to find my mother a new home and I wanted to share how helpful the staff in the office was the manager was very informative she gave us all the information we needed to help my mom apply for a new home ! The current manager at this place is the rudest, most disrespectful, condescending person I have ever witnessed. She yelled at a resident, talked over her, and didn't let the resident speak. I can hear her from the streets! Talk about drunk of power. If that isn't elderly abuse, I don't know what is. I don't know who hired her, but clearly they were desperate to have hired this manager. I found out her name is CECILIA CASILLAS. I don't think upper management will do anything as they don't care about the well-being of the people who pay rent at their communities. It's such a shame. She will live RENT FREE in her home here and continue being a spiteful human being who thinks she is better than the residents who pay her salary. She is very abusive to elders. Don't live here. I wished there was a negative star.

Nice senior living area. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Update: 8/1/22 I stayed at the mobile home park for a short time, many of the residents are extremely nosey, start rumors, stare you down when just walking past the houses. I've never experienced adults acting so childish in my life. I am thankful I am not a permanent resident there.

Disgusting behavior by whichever creature they employ in their office. Called for information and the rudeness was beyond belief. Don't bother wasting your time with them. They obviously are not interested in business. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

We have family living there. It's a very pretty place and the views of the bay are lovely. All the people we see when we visit seem friendly, and some wave hello.
