Colin is amazing at what he does. He helped me buy my first home, in an extremely competitive market in which I was almost priced out (in Oakland), and I'm very happy with the home. He's patient, positive, kind, responsive, and really wise. He used so many different strategies to help me get a home, including timing and negotiation. There isn't enough credit we can give to Colin for finding us our new home.
