My husband's formative years were spent growing up in Mill Valley and myself, all in a 1912 San Francisco Edwardian, a community unto itself off Lake Street next to the San Francisco Presidio. We still wanted redwoods and history. CA coast side, small towns with personalities and community. I frequented Marin County much while I was growing up, and even worked in Sausalito for several years, so Marin County has always been on my radar. I know Compass Real Estate has an excellent reputation, so I started my search there. I read the various bios of the Mill Valley Compass agents AND Lucia Annunziata' just stood out, a strong sense of Joie De Vivre!

My husband and I started looking at the various homes for sale in not only Mill Valley, but other nearby Marin towns that Lucia sent that may be of interest. Lucia and ourselves kept fine tuning until the one came up that we said yes, this is it. Lucia walked us through the complete process, including helping us get in contact with home owner insurance companies. Very important these times with the homeowner insurance challenges that as Californians, we all now face. Too much to detail, but rest assured, Lucia was there every step in communication and explaining the process'. Lucia is a liaison in every which way. She thought ahead the whole way and advocated for us as you would hope and expect a realtor to do. I just knew she was the right agent for us AND yes, I was correct! Yes, I am spending the rest of my life here, soon to be in Marin County, with the wonderful support and thoughtfulness of heart, sincerity and genuine care we received working with Lucia Annunziata.

We found our old house in San Anselmo which in it's first life, circa 1905, was owned by a blacksmith. Lucia continued to help with other things as we wrapped up escrow and then some. She made sure we were happy with the home. We cannot recommend Lucia Annunziata enough if you are looking for a great agent! You won’t be disappointed.
