So thankful I found Kathryn! Not only was she was able to list my house and sell it in three days but I also received multiple offers! I didn't miss a minute at work, as she was able to accommodate all the showings. I sold at a profit and will soon be back in the market! It's nice to have someone that's always upbeat and positive and cares about the person first. She was great, wonderful, spectacular. Lived in another state and she went about to various locations doing video walkthroughs with us. Giving us the insight into the various neighborhoods. Worked with one mortgage company and they got hooked on something trivial in my opinion, and she steered us to another company that didn't let our home purchase fall through. She is the three descriptive words stated in the beginning.
