Five stars is not enough for our experience. Mason and Eduardo (Eddie) were beyond amazing. They were extremely thorough, friendly, and attentive. There was zero pressure, and we actually stayed longer at the dealer than necessary because we enjoyed their company so much. It literally felt like we were buying a car from family or friends. If it weren’t for traffic we probably would have hung out with them longer. We highly recommend this dealer and these great gentlemen.

Overall the experience was fine for a dealership. Brandon is awesome and was really good with our kids. The vehicle is awesome as well and was detailed immaculately. My complaint comes with the finance dept. My car qualified for a $4k tax rebate. Instead of giving me options on whether I wanted to use it to lower price of vehicle or apply towards cash, he applied it towards a maintenance plan he said Ford was giving me for free. In fact my rebate is paying it. I caught it too late. Just watch out if your vehicle qualifies for a rebate. Make sure your sales rep is Brandon!

Our car was totaled in the Palisades Fire. I reached out to a few different dealerships that had a replacement vehicle that matched what we needed. These guys blew everyone else out of the water. They gave us an unheard of deal (our monthly payment was actually LOWER on a newer model year), thanks to Lincoln offering support for fire victims. They were so fast, easy, and responsive, that I drove my new vehicle off the lot 27 hours after I first reached out (including the drive time).

The Lincoln office is run by two (smart) guys that handle all aspects of the purchase, instead of the typical experience of handing you off to various people to handle different stages of the experience. Fantastic service.

This is how car-buying should be. They made my son's very first car purchase a breeze. Sandy was our saleswoman, she was amazing...all sales men and women should aspire to be like Sandy! The general sales manager was Calvin. He was kind and professional, and provided my son with good information regrading rates, etc. Gianni helped us through the signing of the contract. I brought my car in for a recall notice. I told my service advisor of error codes I was aware of and anticipated they would tell me what needed to be done. Got my car back without any information other than the recall does not need to be done because the error code did not exist. I spent three hours waiting only to learn none of the other items were even looked at. My receipt says they conducted a multipoint inspection yet no documentation was received to support this. I then had to stand outside in the cold rain, because the lot attendant was too busy looking at his phone, instead of being able to see me try to wave him down while he drove right past me twice.
