I began this process at the end of October, letting him know exactly what I was looking for. He immediately educated me with my responsibilities as a customer, risks and benefits, and guided me with questions throughout the process. One thing that stood out about Shane is that he does not rush the process for a sale and only works in the benefit of the client.
