I love this dealership! My spouse and I came here after having a horrible experience at a different Mazda dealership. I was honestly terrified of buying another vehicle. I chose Capistrano Mazda because of their high ratings - they appear to be one of the highest rated Mazda dealerships in Southern California. The reviews are accurate and my experience here was exceptional!

I initially filed out contact information for a car I was interested in, and received a call the following morning before they were even open. I worked with Shannon in Sales and she’s amazing! She made us feel at ease throughout the entire process and was extremely patient. We never felt pressured and felt like our wishes were valued. The actual paperwork signing/finance process was very easy, and it was the easiest car buying experience we’ve had! Tom was also very friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t be happier with our new CX-5 and our experience here. They make you feel like family. Thank you again to Shannon and the team!!

Otto is a good guy and the process was very straightforward. I was debating amongst 3 different colors for a 24 Miata and he had all 3 cars ready for me to see in person and honored the agreed upon price. UPDATE :
I got an appointment for a test drive of the 2025 CX-50.
Salesman Emon was very friendly, taking me on 2 test drives, CX-50 and CX-50 Hybrid. I have decided to keep what I have (2023 CX-5), but still was impressed with the service I received.

Very good experience.
After getting a jump thru Mazda Roadside Service (covered under warranty), I was able to get a same day appointment with Capistrano Mazda, for a battery check.
It was found that I had a bad battery and it was promptly replaced (covered under warranty).
Good job by service advisor AJ and a free car wash too !

Top notch service department. Greeted immediately on arrival. Service Advisor was friendly and attentive. Very clean facilities. Technician sent a video detailing all maintenance items and work completed. Vehicle was brought to front quickly when I picked it up. I am very happy with my CX5 and the dealership. I think they take service and their customers to a high level.

Otto is an outstanding salesman who cuts to the chase, no pressure, no bs, no lying or manipulation or disclosure of hidden fees. He is the real deal, although I was already happy with the deal he presented us. He still voluntarily marked down the price by $300 after realizing the fact that I have a newborn. He was generous enough that he paid for two of my new Mazda keychains and gifted me a $25 gas card. Could not say I would have had a better experience if it weren’t for Otto. He financed me a 2024 CX5 off the dealer at 33k (34k with gap insurance) for a listed price of $29k. A huge difference from Mazda of Fontana where they tried to pressure me to finance a 2023 Mazda CX5 of 12,000 miles for $32k when the vehicle was priced at $22k online. Otto is not in the business of selling cars but in the business of helping others. Thank you Otto for your service and strongly recommend him for any car buyers who want a smooth nonchalant experience.

Great car buying experience, please ask for Rick he was great, We were interested in used Mazda, I wanted certain color with low mileage, I reached out and Rick responded quickly, even did a video walk around of car for me prior to appointment, as we were driving from Escondido, found the perfect match for us , Rick was very informative, quick purchasing process, in and out in under 3 hours, including test drive time.
