We were recently visiting my daughter when her fridge stopped working. She called the office and spoke with the manager, Ashley, who was able to get maintenance over right away. Since this is my daughter’s first time renting, I was extremely happy with their response. Her and her boyfriend love their apartment and the staff is incredible. The location is perfect for them and the apartments themselves are amazing.

I was in a rush to move due to a hardship I was facing in my life.. Moving is a tough decision and commitment but after touring about 6 properties, I was confident in choosing Alicante apartments. I was greeted by Ashley in the office and she is literally the nicest leasing agent I have ever met.

The Alicante Apartments take great care of the community from the pool, to the gym, to the entertainment center, it’s spotless.

What I really enjoy about the Alicante Apartments is the effort put in to bringing our community together! The taco Tuesdays, the luau’s, you just can’t beat that!

I highly recommend checking out this location. I love where I live!!!

Great Experience with Leasing Managers!
I had a wonderful experience working with Breanna Kennedy and Sarika Chopra during our apartment move-in process. They were incredibly professional, helpful, and patient, guiding us through all the necessary paperwork and making sure everything was completed smoothly. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free. We truly appreciate their assistances and highly recommend their to anyone looking for excellent customer service!

I would like to tell you about the apartments themselves. The place is very clean, and the apartment is in excellent condition—clean, beautiful, cozy, and, most importantly, safe. I’m coming up on my one year anniversary here at Alicante, and whenever I need to leave to go somewhere, I still get excited upon returning to my beautiful, peaceful home. Not only is it that same feeling of excitement that I felt prior to my move-in date, but it’s so much more. From the leasing staff, the maintenance workers, as well as our neighbors, it feels like we’re all just one big happy family who takes care and respects one another. Anytime I have interacted with the leasing office or maintenance staff, whether it’s over the phone or in person, they have consistently been kind, accommodating, professional, and always a pleasure to be around. Whenever I’m coming or going and I see the maintenance workers in passing, they always stop to greet me and ask if everything‘s ok. It’s just a really nice feeling knowing that everyone is so welcoming and caring and always looking for ways to see how they can continue to make Alicante a safer and more enjoyable place to come home to. In addition to all of the amenities and activities that we have access to, Alicante management is constantly looking for better ways to improve our community and personally, I really don’t see how that’s possible. All I can say is that I love my extended family and I’m always looking forward to seeing them when I come home!

I consider how you’re treated at move-out to be the true test of a property management company. In which case, Sequoia (the property management company of Alicante Apartments) has failed miserably. They resort to shady business tactics by nickel and diming you to try to claim as much of your security deposit that they can get away with. I spent a few days cleaning the apartment thoroughly and even spackled the walls for the normal amount of pictures I had hung. They charged a cleaning fee, painting fee, and carpet cleaning fee. I showed them photos of the apartment after I had cleaned so they reluctantly removed the cleaning fee. However, they argued that because I had a cat (which never made any messes), that they must charge the carpet cleaning fee. And they also said that even though I spackled the nail holes, that they require written consent for tenants to hang pictures. Yes, you read that correctly. I have never heard of such an absurd rule. I have included a screenshot of the email stating this ‘rule’ as proof. It’s disappointing that Sequoia management is this greedy, as if the overpriced rent they charge isn’t enough for them.

I love how clean and up-to-date everything is at this place. I also want to shout out Kendra for not just giving me 1 tour, but 2 in the same day when I brought my husband back later to view the place as well😄. She was very professional and friendly while giving us space to view the place as we wanted. We both appreciated that🥰
