This place isn't like it was before. It's not a fair place to live because my neighbor breaks every rule in the rules. Not ever happens to her. So I don't understand these new management teams. Horrible!!!

I have lived at Village pointe apartments for approximately 18 to 20 years. They keep up the ground very nicely and with an on-site maintenance staff they take care of maintenance needs fairly quickly.

It's a car race thru here 24/7 traffic this place is a car race. Zero privacy without opening ur door to the public of strangers racing thru.

These are all taken at our house,no other apartment is like this. Nobody cares about what it looks like so most of them just look like a dump. And not even management doesn't seem to care.
