I lived here 2021-2023, this place is great and was sad that I had to relocate for my job. The place was always clean, surrounded by friendly neighbors. I loved how there was stores near by very convenient! Everything in my unit would always be working smoothly most of the time. If there was any issue the staff were always so friendly and quick to fix things. They were always checking in to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend this place!

I lived here back in 1992-1993. I thought the place was awesome. Close to freeways and places to eat and shop. I lived directly facing the park and aqueduct. One thing I loved was opening my bedroom window at night and listening to the crickets. You'd think you were camping while you'd drift off to sleep. Walkways are always covered in poop. If you are not looking you will step on it. Considering how much we pay to live here its gross.

I called to reported a incident to Maribel where I stepped on poop and requested a clean up. I told her the general location where the poop was located and she asked me for an apartment number. I told her I would not go looking for the poop and she hung up on me. Horrible service. I regret renewing my lease for the upcoming year.

Another example of this was on March 2, there was a huge poop on the walkway to the trash can and it didn't get cleaned up until the rain washed it away.

I was only a resident here for one year, but I loved my stay. Never had any major issues and if maintenance needed to fix something, it was done within the next two days. I loved the area, as it was close to many shops and the freeway entrance, but it was a quiet area next to a big park for families and dogs. Sycamore has definitely raised my expectations for apartment complexes. The only con is the price, but everything is overpriced in Orange County, so that’s not a problem that’s isolated to just this apartment complex. I think that everything I received for the price was worth it overall.

I have had a great experience living at Sycamore Lane Apartments for the past two years. The management staff is absolutely amazing. Tish and Gary are always friendly and professional. They really made this community feel like home. The prices are very reasonable for the area as well. Great location next to a park and plenty of grassy areas for your pup. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in South Orange County!

Very friendly staff! Always there when you need them. Tish, the manager, is awesome. She does whatever she can to take care of residents. The maintenance staff is awesome and on time. Really good price compare to nearby complexes. I moved here to Sycamore Lane Apartment almost 5 years ago with my wife. There is a nice park right behind the complex for those who want to exercise or have their dogs to play. Nice neighbors, too.

I’ve lived here for three months and it’s been a disappointment. Was not able to use the pool during the summer since some residents invited extended family members and they took over the entire pool area. This happened every weekend! Then, a lot of issues with the laundry room being available. Only two laundry rooms and one is closed often. Now both are closed on a Saturday! I moved because of location and nice big park nearby, but I will not renew my lease.

The staff: More than accommodating, detail-delivering, diligent, kind, neighborly. The staff ultimately made my cross country move possible.
