St. Moritz the best. We lived there for four years and it was amazing. Whichever way you go, there is beauty all around. 5 different playgrounds for kids, biking, hiking, running trails. A lot of shops. And the most important thing is that I can walk or ride a bike with my child. I don’t need a car to get to all these places. The beaches are simply unrealistically beautiful, but to get to them you need a car. Thank God for showing me this place. On the photo you can see the entrance to the apartment, it’s awesome, isn’t it?

*ATTENTION - ATTENTION - ATTENTION**

1- Do not rent apartment 38J! There is an extremely horrible smell coming from the wall (mostly at night or early in the morning) that will keep you from sleeping.

2- Be aware that they will charge you for painting, cleaning, and other miscellaneous items after you move out, effectively keeping the $500 deposit regardless of how clean you leave the apartment. I was charged over $830 in total.

The leasing team at St. Moritz have been extremely helpful with helping us transition into our new apartment. Everyone has been so friendly, informative and patient. Especially Marlene, who has been a huge help in this process, helping us secure the exact apartment we were looking for. You can tell they care here, and that’s pretty rare these days. Looking forward to moving here, as we’ve heard high praise about the maintenance team as well. All in all, it’s been a great experience so far!

I have always loved living here UNTIL greystar took over. My rent increases every month without explanation. When we first moved here we paid a $1,000 deposit for our cats to not have to pay pet rent for them (this was a huge perk of living here) now they charge us pet rent $50 dollars per month per pet, so for me $100 dollars more a month for rent. We never received a reimbursement for the $1,000 we originally put down. 2 months into our renewed lease they added trash and pest control to our monthly payments without notice so this increased our rent. We have a gym here which if anything breaks or goes missing they do not care to replace the items. They only warm the front pool and keep that area nice to look good for potential renters. If you want to use the other pools during the cooler months don’t bother. They used to be very fast on their repairs it was a guaranteed 48 hours but now they do it whenever they have the time. My garbage disposal broke around Christmas and it took them 4 days to show up and repair it. Basically greystar ruined this enjoyable place to live.. wouldn’t recommend moving here.

The apartments are alright, condo it’s not well taken care of and there’s a lot of spiders. The gym it’s pretty good. The location it’s definitely the strong point of this place as it is close to a lot of restaurants and Costco and Walmart.

If I could give this community zero stars, I would. I can’t wait until my lease is up, so I can get out of this overpriced dump. Paying almost a million dollar mortgage (in rent) to live in a C+, B- community. NOT WORTH IT

Don’t be fooled by the leasing office either, they are super nice to prospective tenants. Once they hand you the keys, GOOD LUCK. You’re going to see a whole new side.

The community manager (Ryan, or Bryan) has no personality. Walks around the community looking for apartments to cite like he’s corrections officer (more like a failed property manager).

My experience at St. Moritz has been very positive from the outset. It all began when Marlene graciously took my call in early March 2024. Without hesitation, she offered to provide a virtual tour immediatley on Sunday, accommodating my schedule with remarkable flexibility.

As a parent of a 4-year-old, Marlene’s insights into the vast park area and the safety benefits of the Zurich layout were invaluable. She effortlessly guided me through various unit options, ultimately recommending the Zurich layout for its suitability to my son’s safety on the second floor. Marlene also informed me of a 2 bed unit opening up on April 15, allowing me to secure it well in advance of my planned May move from out of state.

Chris, another standout member of the staff, proved to be an invaluable resource throughout the pre-move period, patiently addressing my many questions and guiding me on necessary tasks. His warm welcome and thorough tour of the facility the day before our lease began showed the exceptional service provided by St. Moritz staff.

The professionalism, politeness, attentiveness, and genuine kindness exhibited by Marlene, Chris, and Suzie truly set them apart. Suzie who also lives there greeted me as she was walking by. Their dedication contributes significantly to making St. Moritz an attractive and enjoyable living environment.

Additionally, the maintenance staff deserves commendation for their prompt and efficient handling of building issues, further enhancing the overall experience.

Despite negative reviews, St. Moritz stands out as an exception, thanks to the exemplary management by Greystar. The convenient location, family-friendly townhouse options, and well-maintained landscape make it an ideal choice for families seeking a comfortable and welcoming community.

I recommend St. Moritz to any families considering the area. It has been a pleasure to call it home.

This is the worst company to rent. They charge a lot when you move out, normally cleaning from carpet they will charge you as a new carpet.

The apartments are pretty but the Greystar company sucks! And when you try to call them they never answer, they put you in hold and never call you back, even if you send a email they have a high volume of emails… I’m wondering why!
If you are thinking to rent here you should think twice before move!!!!
