So recently My boyfriend and I got water damage from the hurricane Hillary that hit us this year. We had massive water damage in our apartment complex plus the residence upstairs our leasing office managed everything they were able to complete repairs and maintenance to our apartment within the week. great service great communication on everything enjoy living here. Jose is amazing. People complaining about section 8 don't understand basic income requirements and possibly basic English in general. I toured units today and Jose was incredibly kind, professional, friendly, and respectful. I was also very happy to see funds being used to improve the community here.

I ended up applying to one of their other properties still managed by the same company, but I was very close to applying here instead. It looks like a wonderful place to live.

Living in the Parkwood Apartment homes has been a great experience. It’s nice, clean, and quiet. Management is also great anytime I have any questions or concerns or even need anything done maintenance or the manager takes good care of me. I love ❤️ living here so much I’m going on my 6th year. Rent is affordable and the place is accessible to many places to eat, grocery shop, appliances, or even transportation. Anyone who lives here will definitely appreciate and love the amenities as well such as a fireplace, Ac/&Heating it’s a really great place to live.

Told me I need a co-signer that makes 8 thousand a month… As if anyone living in these apartments makes that much. I also know people with worst credit than mine living there. But for some odd reason they turned me away. Even with a Section 8 voucher.
