I want to start by saying, I was not able to use Pentemo, but I absolutely would have if my personal timeline wasn't so incredibly small and rushed. George listened to what we needed done immediately for our refinance to be approved. He was thorough, wise and knowledgeable about so many different things that we needed to correct due to years of neglect from the previous owners. He understood our initial needs, and helped us understand what parts of our project would need attention over time. His pricing is competitive, and you will absolutely get one of the best contractors around. Ultimately, we plan to circle back to George for the larger projects. He is respectful, timely, and he communicated so well with us.

Honestly George is probably one of the quickest most genuine honest contractors I have ever done business with. He is so prompt, shows up on time and just cares about his work. He makes sure everyone he sends in the building has ready to work mentalities and good attitudes. We will forever do business with Pentemo development. I highly suggest you use this company. George and his crew did an outstanding job. I am very pleased with the results. They repaired my roof, installed a new front door handle/lock, hung a blind and repaired a bedroom door. Office staff were very pleasant and kept me posted as to when the work would be done. Highly recommend Majestic for any handyman needs you have.

Majextic C&I did a great job after our hose was flooded in 2015 redoing our drainage, putting in a wall and relandscping our front yard to make sure it couldn't happen again. George and his crew went over and above the original plan and responded quickly to help us out at this difficult time for us.
