I don’t believe I could have had a better experience with a realtor than my experience with Andre. I have just moved to San Diego from Paris, France and don’t have much knowledge of the US market, but Andre made me very comfortable with the decisions I made. He was extremely supportive throughout the whole home purchase process; despite the multiple delays and complications with my loan approval, always there to proactively provide his help in resolving problems. Andre was the best. His caring nature and upbeat personality made the sale of our house an easy and painless process. He listed our house on July 16th and on August 19th we closed escrow and received our asking price. He was always available to answer questions or just to soothe jangled nerves. Also being a military veteran he takes special interest and very special care of his military clients whether they are still in the service or out of it. I could not have chosen a better realtor than Andre Hobbs. I highly recommend him.

If I could give Andre Hobbs six stars I would. We were first-time home owners who needed to sell quickly due to a military PCS. From start to finish Andre was a consummate professional who delivered on every promise. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer every question or concern with patience. Andre is a veteran who takes cares of his military clients. He walked us through every step of selling our home and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Through his sheer dedication to excellence we sold our property for 40k more than expected and closed in less then 30 days! My wife and I thank God for bringing Andre Hobbs into our lives. We saw many reviews just like this one and we thought they were too good to be true. I’m here to say they don’t compare to what we were blessed to experience first-hand. Thank you Andre!

Andre Hobbs, if you take nothing else from this review, know that he is one of the best realtor’s I know. Andre was my realtor in the past to purchase multiple homes, now I can also say, for selling my home. His work ethic is unmatched. While I had experienced unforeseen difficulties personally with my property and the highs and lows in attempting to sale a home, he was patient, transparent and thorough throughout the entire process! This meant so much to my husband and I, especially during a time period when homes haven’t been selling as quickly on the market, Andre’s decades of experience speak for itself in overcoming such times. Andre’s performance too is unmatched because of his quick yet efficient ability to problem solve and ensure clarity on all matters pertaining to the biggest investments of your life whether you’re buying or selling.
