So we moved into a new duplex 5 bedroom on Dec 2017 and around January the fire alarms started ringing around 3am we ignore it because we though it would stop but no it never did they kept ringing every 20-30 min so at around 5am they wouldn’t stop ringing and we couldn’t even sleep since we have 1 fire alarm In each room and the hallways their is 3 plus the one in the living room they would all ring very loud until we decided to call the emergency # that is on the lease since it was after business hours the person that answer said they would try and get someone to come and see what the problem was no one came the alarms kept ringing and ringing!!🔊🔊
Since no one showed up I went to the pharmacy once they open at 7am to purchase new batteries me thinking maybe that was going to solve the problem but nope that was not it 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 so we called again around 8am and they told us the same thing that “ they would send someone to see what was the problem “ Someone finally showed up at 4pm to see what was the problem! 1st place their shouldn’t even be no problems since the property is new!! Till today our alarms ring once in a while 😏

Cristina Campo is AWESOME. She helped me with everything I needed to secure my rental property (home) from helping me complete my application to making sure my home was ready in the time span I needed to move in. Any issues I had were quickly resolved. Thanks to her and her manager Myrtle my family and I have a beautiful house to call home. I love Ocean Properties and their commitment to excellence.

My roommates and I are very pleased with the assistance and help we received from Udilia Gonzalez and staff at the office. After receiving a 30 day notice at the beginning of December, cause the owner sold the property, was not fun. Udilia was very nice, was easy to communicate with and responded right away when we had questions. We are really happy in our home. Thank you! Woo! Fight on Trojans!

Oh gawd Christina is so unprofessional I watched her tell a senior lady (black) seeking housing that her voucher was about to expire and because of that she needed to go get an extension, the lady was on top of her stuff and corrected Christina. Then she tells the senior lady "oh well I no longer have that available ("we didn't"? I mean we rented it) out"!🤷🏽‍♀️WTF
Then she tells another client she is doing business with( black male non profit owner) to drag a residents property out of a unit her company owns and that he was protected by the law and because he wasn't the actual person the tenant did business with he had no legal obligations to her & that the police officer who told him to leave the property and start to legally evict them was incorrect. In horror I listened to this hispanic woman tell this black man that he was talking in a demeaning tone after agreeing with him that she received photos from him that she forwarded to her supervisor who later said she never got them via text. BTW she did greet 2 tenants by their first names lol.
Jeremy and Alex also give me a negative bad vibe🤷🏽‍♀️. This is a company that's actions are very questionable by the employees shady tactics to gain property ownership! FYI don't do business with them if have other options. No shade just facts 💯 I was there Monday afternoon to pick up a payment by appt, that was made the THURSDAY before that they were unaware of lol not mention my payment wasn't even There somebody had to bring it to me the following day after coming to my house before I was told they were on their way lol. This is what doing business looks like don't be mad at me y'all need to simply do better at training and employee accountability.

I rented from this company for about four years, I had a great 3 bedroom, older building but cool apt. I never wanted to move but a family issue out of town forced us to move. They worked with me in credit and everything

I live next to residents who are tenants of OPM. The same family that causes problems and arguments for not only myself but there previous duplex neighbors and everyone else. It's a on going a problem every week.

Even with a 3 year restraining order with one of the tenants, a personal appearance at there main office and countless Emails and voicemails OPM can't keep there own tenants in order.

Besides them throwing diapers or trash to my property, parking in my driveway and verbally threatening with physical violence, OPM has not made any efforts to make a difference.

These people suck and so does OPM.

They shouldn't get any stars because they are putting halfway houses in regular neighborhoods bringing down the property values. This is not OK. They didn't even inform the neighbors before doing this on 120th street. now the cops are coming out at least 2x a week due to foolishness.
