I continuously get flyers from your agent Kelvin Gordiano, I have 3 flyers across the floor of my yard. Its so ironic to have my house as well as my neighborhood littered by a real estate company as its a blatant disregard to the neighborhood. If you would like to advertise, please consider supporting our mail service instead of literally just placing them around in neighborhoods to be blown around as litter. I will actively avoid supporting businesses that engage in such practices.

The agent, John Binder is very unprofessional in every ways. He kept giving us the run around most didn't even response to our call and messages. We wanted to put our offer in for a house he was listing to buy but after 3 days of run around we finally met and he didn't even take our offer. We were willing to buy at whatever the price for the house but this guy never gave us the chance. He should not be in this business.

In response to your reply below:
John lied and told us that there was an old man living in the house and that he couldn't show it to us because of that due to COVID. That was a lie. I came by and talked to the owners and met all of the siblings and they all agreed that John should have presented my offer to them. Also, I didn't have any agent and I don't know any. Honor is my motto all my service life so that is false. I just came back from the service and new to the State and city and i did explain that to John that i was in need of a house and this was the one. In regards to the seller wanted cash offer-if that is the case, then John should have said so in the beginning and i would have taken out my money to get it. Anyway, you need to look at the fact of how your guy acted and carried out and if you want to verify what has happened, please investigate. Talk to the owner as I did and you get the picture. I also attached here the first text i texted to John. As the post shown, i wanted to buy on Saturday, July 11th. I consistently wanted John to take my offer everyday and he kept giving me reasons after reasons.
