Teresa and Dan Choi helped my uncle sell his home with me assisting from over 400 miles away. My uncle lived in this house since my grandparents bought it new in 1955 so we needed a lot of help with preparation and the selling process. We had the pleasure of working with Theresa to help with our move from Northern California down to Southern California. House hunting and going through the entire closing process was not easy since we didn’t live locally, but their team was always willing to show up for every inspection, meeting, etc. across weekdays or weekends which we really appreciated.

When we found our dream house that we knew was going to sell quickly, Dan went and recorded videos of the entire place for us so we would feel confident putting an offer in without being able to see the place ourselves. Across two days, Theresa helped us get our pre-approval coordinated and our first offer together…and it was accepted!
