Selling a house, let alone a home, is an exceptionally hard thing to do at the best of times but with the work we needed to update our home for the modern taste it would have been near impossible but Team Chamberlain made it smooth and easy. With their help we remodeled our let’s say, classic, home into a modern marvel. Neil was a guiding force throughout the process from finding the right contractor and team down to picking finishes and colors of cabinet handles and flooring and explaining why. Even with a few unexpected hiccups in remodeling our now former home for market, Neil and the rest of Team Chamberlain were an honest to goodness well oiled machine. Checking up on us personally and ensuring we were comfortable with the schedule and pace of work was something we truly appreciated. And when that hard work was done Kylee’s exceptional taste really made it feel like home for staging. Furniture, paintings, decor, she knows what works and where it works. All of this done with expert knowledge, care, and efficiency made for a calm center in the middle of the typical maelstrom of a home sale that allowed us to know we were in safe hands for this journey. From the very start, the first meeting at our home, they answered all our questions as to how the property would be marketed, their opinion of the value and how to minimize the interruptions to day-to-day life.

I could not have been more impressed with their level of service. From the dedicated contractor who did excellent work on our property, to the assistance with borrowing a truck to make moves to the storage unit to the "staging" of plants, furniture and rugs to give it "just the right feel."
