If you can please go somewhere else! This place is horrible. We paid all this money to move in and we haven't had one decent full day in there. As so as wr cut the water on we had a leak under the rug. Where im assuming a pipe bust or something. But we moved in late Friday night and the office was closed all weekend. So over the weekend the leak on our carpet was getting worse. To where it was puddles of water on the floor. Monday comes around we call maintenance and tell them what happen and the say they were going to be out Tuesday morning to fix. Tuesday comes no one ever comes. By this time the carpet has a bad smell to it and it's starting to Peel up. Yes, it turns to mold. Note with all this going on with kids in the house we haven't stayed in our town home a full day since this happen. We should have listen to the other tenants when they complained about the maintenance never coming til about 2 weeks later to fix things.
