We’ve been through 4 managers since 2023. No one wants to work. There are people here who has had no air conditioning for almost a year. Pot holes all in the roads, haven’t had the pool up in lord knows how long. Roofing’s is horrible, they have handicap parking but no ramps for the handicap. Some people don’t have ovens , or refrigerators. These apartments definitely aren’t work what they’re asking for. Don’t waste your time.

I will say this along with everybody else do not go rent from these people. I am on section 8 and have been since 2003. I left these apartments two years ago with these people claiming that I owed $1400 in rent that I don’t owe and I can’t get in touch with a manager that wants to help because they keep changing management. I can’t reach corporate because they don’t return calls or answer the phone and now it’s $1400 that I supposedly owe is on my credit, but how can I owe that when I’m on section 8 I don’t understand. I moved out. I did not get evicted so where the $1400 that I owe is coming from unless they stole my money while I was paying my rent is beyond me, but do not rent from these people. They will not fix anything and they will steal your money And say you owe money that you don’t owe!

They hire management that are drug users and that will still ur rent money also does not fix anything, I had to pay to get my own air conditioner dix back in august of last year. If u are a contractor please so take any jobs from them they will not pay . Also they try to go up on rent an they do not go by the lease agreement.. I know they will not fix anything but want to charge you for moving out ..

If you are a contractor please stay away from these people. If they call you do not go! They wilm not pay and are calling contractors and asking them to do work for them knowing that the contractor will not get paid! They will call you out after hours demanding that you get there to take care of they’re problems saying “we don’t care what it cost we have to have it done” They don’t care what it cost because they aren’t going to pay it!

I don’t recommend moving out here , the landlord Audrey is moving people in and isn’t fixing anything !!!! I’ve been without heat and air for a year I have small children and they act as if they DO NOT CARE everytime I’ve contacted the landlord about it she always says she has to talk to the people over her but it still hasn’t been fixed and she’s been in our office going on 3 or 4 months I’ve reported other stuff in the apartment that doesn’t work and it still hasn’t been fixed either !!!! They gave me 2 heaters as if that’s supposed to warm an entire apartment. Tonight the maintenance man came and drained the hot water heater because it was causing the lady’s ceiling under me to leak but the landlord was fully aware before moving them in .

As of 11/2022, I received information on how Horrible this Place is. (Don't be fooled by pics in Websites as they where taken when 1st Built). This place HAS Terrible Upper and Lower Management I even Reached out to Corporate, NO return calls, No Maintenance on call that answers, MOLD, Water Damage, Old Outdated Air Conditioners, My Grand Daughter attempted to stay here. Being A 1st time renter she tried to handle things but She was ignored so, she called me in Texas 9 1/2 hours away, to find out why She had Water and Mold damage still in Unit and No Heat or Air conditioner replaced or repairs for OVER 2 Months!! But Rent was EXPECTED? Not Accepting any more excuses.

If anyone moves here they've bit off more than can chew. This place hasn't been updated since 1975 painted countertops, floors falling in , bathroom linking from top unit into bottom. No spray for cockroaches. AC break they say open window .ok ? You complain to much you get sabotaged like wrongfully making people move . Property manager is a joke plan trailer trash. Has no experience to run office or property. Never stays in office to run it . Want answer door or phone. I feel sorry for all you live here and those about to move here. ITS BAD HERE
Owners don't know about what's going on here because the chain of command has been broken.

Very unprofessional management. Always putting unnecessary notes in your door. You have to take your company's Id to the office before they can visit. I don't suggest you stay here. They change management every year but nothing gets better. Ohh don't call the real leasing office , where you can complain about the property manager... you will never get an answer or a call back. The whole company is a scam to take from hard working people and the government.
