I had the pleasure of viewing one of their 3 story units over looking Long Beach, and my family and I instantly fell in love. With the amazing swift work from Justin, the process of applying to keys in hand were all within the same week! I couldn't be more happier I found Skyline Properties. They literally are the best at letting you know all of the details before signing, as well as making sure you'll enjoy your new place. Thank you guys so so much and I will be referring you guys for potential future client's!

Do not apply with this property management company they are very rude and unprofessional. They are also racist, if you are not the race of their preference they will not rent to you. They do not care how qualified you are. We have applied to 3 different properties and are more than qualified and never have we been approved. They just take our application money every time and do not even have the courtesy to call and say that we did not get approved for the place we applied. Do not waste your money with this joke of a management company!!

I called this company for information about the area and local management properties and the woman was rude, said that this was not her job and could not help answer any questions. She said "I am not going to waste any more time" referring to my questions. Clearly they are not focused on getting new business and were not the least bit concerned about acquiring mine. Glad to have found out this was their character prior to utilizing their services!

Current resident at one property, the apt complex is managed by a RUDE female office staff member, whom harass and threatens tenants regularly, the apt managers are VERY unpleasant and will not do their job period, when approached with any problems their answer is "well how is that my problem' or "that's not my job to call and have a repair man come fix that", HUD has been contacted several times to no success, the property has had fleas, feral cats, and roach infestations (all in under a year) it has gotten so bad 5 tenants moved in 3 months, any repairs that need to be made, you will have to repair it on your own dime because trying to get them to repair or fix anything is like pulling teeth, seriously, I have had more pleasant times getting a root canal then living here..
WARNING RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!
