The WORST HOA ever. They do not follow up, they never really pick up on the jobs they are supposed to do for maintenance, even if it involves SAFETY. Furthermore, they are blocking off amenities (i.e., tennis court, gym, etc.), just because they do not want to maintain.

All owners should change companies, to a better management company, the people that work there don't even know how to manage and keep there words. They don't like to keep there word and they don't have a soul and they are heartless. But even with what they did to me I hope God has a plan for they (not wishing anybody bad). But I hope they or any family has to go through what they put me through. HPK may God bless you and your families

HPK don’t know manage this property some of tenants parked their cars outside their garage on both sides all night . There is no way to get out of the property we called and make a complain and they didn’t do nothing about it. They have a parties blocking all driveway for the weekend. We paying for a service that never received. We paid every month for this and HPK careless about tenants. Called several times with no response. We need a lawyer to change to a better HOA company the worse company.. California Ave South Gate

customer service at an all time low. I wish I read the reviews before applying. Poor communication. Horrible HOA management. Don't answer emails or calls. Don't do repairs. Have caused property damage to my home from roof leak and ceiling water damage. It has opened and now there is black mold. I had to report them to code enforcement. DO NOT do business with this company. You will regret it like we all do!!!!

I just purchased a property and this management is the HOA. They are the worst!!! Jason McGoff has not responded after 3 emails and this is about a roof leak. I am looking into placing a lawsuit for the damage the water has caused in my property.

We have rented from HPK for the past 8 years and they have been nothing but great to my family. Anytime we needed repairs(and it wasn't often) maintenance was at our house within 24 hours. Our family grew by 2 in two and a half years and Chris was there to help us find a bigger place for our family. We had cats living in our attic, they had them safely removed and patched up the hole that the cats had access too. They are always available when I call. Thank you HPK for your dedication to your tenants.
