Lynsey Russell has been amazing as a property manager! She has provided emergency maintenance when needed as well as providing contractors for painting, plumbing, etc. She has been able to "manage" a difficult neighbor and resolve issues when they have arisen. My wife and I looked around before we chose Russel Property Management. We chose them because they were a smaller company with local knowledge of the market and had very competitive prices.

We were initially impressed with how personable they were and with the quality of the photos they took of our house and found the paperwork to be quick and efficient. They were collaborative and helped us quickly find a GOOD tenant who would sign a 2 year lease once we moved out of our house.

Maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently with minimal cost on our end. All the rental income and maintenance information is accessible through an online database which is helpful and all our rental income payments have been on time.

We would highly suggest working with their company!
