Considering that the owner doesn’t truly invest in renovation to 13414 Doty Ave and the staff At the leasing office are very rude. It’s LOUD AND Noisy. DO NOT RENT. GET A HOUSE INSTEAD. I HAD LIVED THERE since 2010. On a Sociological point of view, even though property owners have the PPP loan, SBA, and ERC money, there has not been any modern updates to the property nor the units, unless someone moves out, but have to live with a downgraded unit and increase rent. This company/ thieves is only known for patchwork and price gouging the rent, AND not utilizing it for the building or units, when there has been no updated health inspections for every unit by the city. Landlords/property owners are getting away with increasing rent and not increasing the units up keep. Question, where is the money going if the rent is increased? Because it clearly doesn’t show on the property. I need legal help so this can be investigated. There are no modern updates to any of the units. All rent increases is to increase salaries for the RUDE Incompetent employees/staff members and owner #NBC4NEWS #FOX11 @KTLA5

Owner uses Pinnacle and since they’ve taken over maintenance, nothing has gotten done. You call, they say to make a maintenance work order. Make the work order, no one comes. You go to the office and if you’re lucky enough to find someone who actually opens the door, they tell you to call.

But if their records aren’t updated correctly and they THINK the rent is late by a day, they expect a speedy reply.

I can’t speak to Pinnacle as a whole, but the Pinnacle in Torrance California needs to start treating people with respect.

I lived at their Amapola location for about 2 years and had a positive experience. The apartment was great for the price and I didn't have any problems.
