Not easy to work with. Not customer friendly. I applied to rent a property and specified that I would prefer to be contacted by email due to being out of the country for work.

Two days after applying to rent a property, I noticed my application was cancelled. When I called the company, they could not give me an answer as to why my application was rejected.

A few days later I received an email stating the property manager tried to call me twice then moved on to the next applicant.

I never received an email or any other attempts to contact me.

Do not rent from these people. They don’t care about their customer.

By far the worst company for rentals in Monterey. They keep making new websites to get away from the bad reviews so I will just add mine here.
Rented three different times from them, a bunch of fat middle aged secretaries inquiring about your income. Enjoy your homeless and crime.

Avoid!! They don't care about their tenants; they are just money hungry. They have increased the rent astronomically, while people are trying to recover from the effects of the pandemic on old apartments that have no amenities that have electrical plumbing and construction flaws.

Stay away from this rental company. The owners are rude, unprofessional, degrading, and arrogant. This rental company is run by a stuck up family, that inherited the company from their successful father after he passed. They were clearly never taught anything about common decency. They are money hungry. The owner took an application fee from me of $45.00, knowing that he wasn't going to accept me. He sent very confusing emails, that didn't make any sense, and was incredibly rude and verbally abusive when asked for clarification. Also, if you own a business you should use spell check before sending emails with a bunch of grammatical errors because it makes you sound like a joke. Please don't waste your time with a company that genuinely doesn't care about you.

What a wonderful experience, from calling about the property, to signing my lease. They were so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I can't wait to move into my new home and thank you, A. G. Davi, for helping make this happen for me!

Apparently parked in one of their parking spots by the office which is poorly lined. Came back 20 minutes later to a $60 ticket, which says there was a complaint. Thanks for the holiday treatment, jerks!

Hey guys! I was a little shocked to see the ugly reviews. I rented not once...but TWICE from the Davi family......Hardworking people....I never saw any "string along".....They deal with all sort of property owners...the middle men....doing all the hard stuff so all tenant has to do is turn a key, respect the place and pay your rent....Ladies at desk dress classy...Men wear suits.....Old school manners for doing business! Expensive?...Honey that's California....Closer to the beach...rent goes up.....The Davi family did Not do that, eh.....They can't help the fact people pack into the Monterey Peninsula like the final life raft on the Titanic....So.....folks...before believing everything you read...(My review, too) Go in with a clear head and a fresh start....you are going to end up in a well-maintained little piece of heaven....

This review is not for the entire staff at A.G Davi but rather Guido Davi. He own's many of the properties that A.G rents. He was very unprofessional and rude during the whole process. I asked him some clarifying questions and was met with hostility and verbal attacks. I was told several times that he was "exhausted," answering my questions and condescending remarks like, "You're 27 my god have you ever lived in an apartment before?" If I am going to pay $1,000+ to rent a room in Monterey I have the right to ask some questions. It is also your job as a landlord to answer questions.... I was shocked at the way that I was treated by Guido and am glad I dodged a bullet from renting from him as it would have been a nightmare. No one should have to put up with someone like him, especially as a landlord. I can not speak for the rest of the staff at the property management company but if you come across Guido stay far way.
