This company manages the large property neighboring the building where I live. Despite multiple requests for the property manager(s) to contact me regarding excessive janitorial noise, daily use of leaf blowers, late night dragging if metal dumpsters and rolling plastic garbage cans, not one person has returned my request for communication to discuss a possible solution for the problem. Our street is a wind tunnel. I watch and listen leaf blowers are used on windy days blowing dust and a few leaves just so the wind can blow the matter right back, and plastic garbage cans loudly roll by our windows for pick up of a few leaves. We can’t escape the noise. It’s entirely excessive and unnecessary and it actually looks ridiculous. They continue to allow this excessive noise and disruption even on weekends. Kalco Property management does not seem to care about the ‘peaceful enjoyment of the homes’ of their own tenants nor the homes of their neighbors. We have lived in a few places and this is a new experience for us. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. Would not recommend this company.

Terrible management. They have no control over tenant violation, despite all photos, videos and additional evidences . They never follow up about small or major tenant issues, such as domestic violence, mental
Illness, property damage or tenant safety.
