I met Cheryl Spence about 7 years ago. I opened the internet and researched local realtors who could help my children and me find the perfect new home. Cheryl was one of the few brokers I found who seemed to thrive on the personal touch. She had time for us and wanted to know all about my family and what we wanted before helping us find and purchase our new house.

Fast forward 7 years and my elderly mother needed to move out of the house she called home for 50 years in the South Bay. The house, while well maintained, needed some refreshing. We spent some money, but not a fortune getting it ready. The place was stunning. The staging was breathtaking. Cheryl was spot on with where she wanted us to spend the budget we had. We had exactly one weekend of an open house and got HUNDREDS of visitors walking through. People came back with their agents to look at the property at off hours. Many said how stunned they were by how incredible the house looked. Several days later we accepted offers, after Cheryl expertly guided us through the process of not taking preemptive offers, but instead advised us to navigate 13 offers and a bidding war at the end. We sold the property to a lovely young family for over asking.

I just can't say enough good things about Cheryl. She goes waaaaay above and beyond to work with her clients, understand their needs, she puts her creativity and good ideas to work to enhance the property and get you the absolute best price around. She is a true professional and her personal touch and years of experience helped us reach the best possible outcome we could have hoped for. Cheryl Spence at Jupiter Real Estate Group is exceptional at what she does and she is the epitome of a professional. I had multiple challenges to navigate while selling a home in Los Angeles, and buying a home in the Bay Area. My realtor in LA was a big volume agent who was not performing on my sale because she was stretched so thin with so many other sales. Cheryl stepped in from a distance to counsel me which helped me get my LA sale back on track and ultimately sold. Buying and selling at the same time can be really stressful, it’s true. Especially, with a long distance move involved. But, Cheryl has a seamless, graceful way of managing people, problems, and transactions, and….she is a joy to work with.

We were so happy to have found Chery! The way she helped us buy a condo in San Francisco was fantastic. We are a little picky so ended up looking at quite a lot of objects (I would say 40-50) before deciding to make an offer. Never did Cheryl make us feel rushed. Actually she helped us think through the possible risks once we had our eyes on two early objects: At one place a smoker was a neighbor and at another place a potential building project could be blocking our view.
