Susan was diligent beyond the call of duty. I had reached out to a different agent and was put off when they asked me if I had my wife's approval re: starting to look at selling existing home and moving 'over the next few years'. I then called Susan and she was there and stuck with us for many years while we tried to figure out the market and what area best fit our laundry list of needs.
