I've lived at 860 Bush Street for almost two years now. The building is clean and well-maintained, and the location is unbeatable. But what sets this place apart is the exceptional service provided by Robyn, the community leader and building manager.

Robyn goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable. She's always available to answer questions or address concerns promptly. On top of that, she proactively sets up maintenance services each month, like snaking drain pipes or changing out smoke detectors. In the time I've been here, she even upgraded the laundry machines to operate through an app (no more quarters needed!). She truly cares about the building, which shows in everything she does.

Overall, I highly recommend 860 Bush Street to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live in San Francisco. Robyn is a true gem and one of the reasons why this building is such a great place to live.

I moved into the Bush st apartments in 2021 and have had a good experience there. The location is very central (a couple blocks from Union Square), the laundry room is a big plus, and the rental price is very reasonable for the location.

I have very friendly neighbours, and the building manager always responds very quickly to any concerns. She has been very helpful to me and has always swiftly made adjustments to the building when needed. I would recommend the Bush street apartments to anyone who would like to live in classical 1920s building at a very central location in San Francisco.

I moved into the Bush st apartments in 2021 and was so happy during my time there. The laundry room was always clean and I always felt safe there.

On top of that, I’ve never had a better experience with a building manager. She responds to requests and concerns quickly and really cares about her tenants. For example, when my cat passed away, she left me roses and a condolences note at my front door. It really moved me that she went above and beyond to help brighten my day.

I was so sad to leave, but if I would highly recommended moving into this wonderful building!

Community leader Robyn is great at 860 Bush Street Apartments! She’s quick with responses and is very helpful when needed! I love that there are cleaners that come by to help with keeping the common areas nice and clean! I’ve already had a coworker move into another unit and will highly recommend to anyone else who needs a place to stay.

The Grove is a nice apartment complex with a good landlord on a well-kept property. We always felt comfortable in our space and if we needed anything or had any issues we felt we were listened to and got the help we needed.

Abysmal attitude towards tenants, hostile communications if any. Terry Graves is condescending, rude, unprofessional, and seems to make a practice of making life as unpleasant for residents as possible. Families who have lived in the same place for a decade or more are being harassed and bullied to move out, usually based on flimsy excuses that are nothing more than clerical errors on her end and not the fault of tenants, nor is she anywhere near willing to compromise. Do not rent from property by this management company or by Terry Graves herself, you will be miserable.
