Response time was good but we got the impression this company doesn't really care about us. We feel that way because we called and tried to tell them we would like to know why we were denied so we can use that information to improve where it's needed . They have that information right in front of them but refuse to tell us anything . All they had to say was "You can try doing your own homework on why you may have been denied". If I knew I wouldn't have called.. Not a great experience and definitely won't recommend.

My property is in Tiffany's hands and I would not trust anyone more than her. She is super nice and very helpful and totally goes out of her way. People need to understand that this is a business. I am a property owner and it is always my decision to pick a tenant. I have been with Spence Properties for 6 years renting my house and I feel like she treats my property like it is hers.

Overall it was a cute little apartment. The bed is definitely a full size. (someone else thought that as well) The AC unit in the bedroom did not work. (the fan would turn on but no actual cold air) and there is a step that was broken off so it was a bit more narrow than the other steps.
On the positive side, it was affordable, decorated very cute and perfect for just 2 people. The location was great and it is about a 5 min walk to the beach.

It was really nice but they charged us 100 even though we never vaped or smoked inside. No one was home at the time the detector went off. We were at the beach.

By far the most unprofessional company i have ever worked with. Tiffany Spence is extremely rude nasty person.Almost impossible to reach unless they need something from you. Renters Beware and take photos with time stamps of any damage because if you don't Tiffany will milk every dollar out of your deposit

It wag exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and close to anything you may need or want. We walked across the street to the beach, which was awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you sp much.
