Kim and her team set the bar the highest. My family had a short notice move and had to rent our property last minute. Needless to say we were stressed and overwhelmed with things to do so our home was rent-ready. Kim told me not to worry, do what we can and she’ll handle the rest. She and her team turned my house into better shape then when I bought it and told me the new renters were very happy. We can’t thank her enough. We recently moved into a rental through a large national rental company out of state. We had issues, addressed them and getting help is like pulling teeth. This review is well overdue. Donna and Kim were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They understand the demands of the military lifestyle. From our first conversation, I knew I wanted Donna to be my realtor. She assisted with exploring my options and made professional recommendations to prepare my house to be placed on the market. Although I live 17hrs away, we had consistent communication. Within the first week, my house had at least six showings and luckily, our first offer we received was for the listing price. We are a military family that owned a home in Crestview, FL. We reached out to Assurance Realty for Property Management shortly after we moved. I can't even begin to put into words how absolutely phenomenal they were! We worked with Kim specifically as our property manager and she was so great. We really liked how their process was set up. If there were any concerns with the property, Kim told us immediately. We ended up moving overseas for 3.5 years and during that time frame, we switched tenants. I can't imagine dealing with all of that while being overseas. We experienced minor tornado damage to the property and Kim was on top of it. She was always open and honest. She kept things fair for both us as the owners, as well as our tenants. We fully trusted Kim and never once had to worry about anything. It was such a huge load off to know we had that! She really was such a blessing.
