I had a disappointing experience with Jorge. Initially, he seemed professional and communicative, providing a preapproval letter for a buyer. However, it became clear he hadn’t verified the buyer’s qualifications or proof of funds, leading to wasted time and a frustrating experience. When challenges arose Jorge became unresponsive to all means of communication leaving us without support.
Despite the positive reviews I read here, my experience highlighted significant shortcomings in communication, service and accountability.
