I don’t live in California. I screened 12 realtors looking for an RE agent possessing the best combination of skills to sell my brother's condo in Orange County. I'm a tough screener. Jesse was far and away my choice going in. This was a rare, wickedly complex transaction. It involved a trust, a trustee who could not administer the trust, a Power of Attorney agent (me) acting on behalf of the trustee, a fraudulent lien against the property, an HOA transfer, an Escrow company and their legal department that required many extra and unusual notarized affidavits and other legal certification documents, my attorney to handle other legal matters who worked closely with Jesse plus Jesse himself going an extra mile by pitching in and personally doing physical work on the property to get it ready for sale. All this over and above conducting regular RE agent duties including a perfect negotiation with the buyers' RE agent while keeping unflappably cool and calm through escrow in a highly convoluted situation that I would have eventually thrown up my hands and bailed on. Jesse has all the executive level skills – the best of which are the soft skills that distinguish high caliber professionals from others just inhabiting the business space. These include candid honesty; an engaging, but not flashy, personality; a high likability quotient; persistence in getting tasks – especially the hard, complex tasks – completed in a professional, diligent and most efficient manner; and superior interpersonal communications skills. I’ve never given a public review for anyone I’ve done business with. I’ve started, built up and sold three companies in the technology sector. I would have hired Jesse to be on the management team of every one of them – regardless of his background. Finding a superior RE agent is a shot in the dark and a tedious pain. Jesse Madison was our realtor for selling our multimillion dollar home in Laguna Beach. We were very lucky to have Jesse. He went up and above to make sure the home sold in a timely manner. His ability to capture wonderful photos of the home from his drone as well as from his skill in photography was amazing, putting the home in its best light. Jesse took the lead on getting the house ready to put on the market with remodeling and staging. He held multiple Open Houses weekly and kept us up to date on how the process was going. Finally, he was always willing to travel to us for any paperwork that needed signing. Jesse made selling our house a breeze and I highly recommend him for selling any home. You can’t go wrong with Jesse!!
