If you're looking for a real estate agent who goes above and beyond, look no further than Shanon Ohmann! From our very first meeting, she impressed me with her deep knowledge of the buying process and the local OC market. She approached that meeting with tons of useful information and I knew in that moment that Shanon would not be your average 'transactional' real estate agent looking to make a sale. On the contrary, she puts attention, love, care, patience, positive energy, and endless optimism to the process (which we all need in this chaotic market!). Not to mention that she was available at all hours of the day to help us out, whether answer a question about a home, reserve a showing, or generate an offer (we put in multiple offers). Shanon represented us as buyers and the seller in a recent home purchase, hence she is acting as a dual agent. She is knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and most importantly, kind. During negotiation, the seller and us are initially quite far apart and Shanon was able to bridge the gap through skillful and balanced negotiations for both sides. Post home inspection, we had an issue with the HOA and she swiftly coordinated to get proper repairs approved and executed.
