I can’t speak highly enough about Amy Sims. She was adaptable to the market, up front about any foreseeable challenges with our property, and would not accept anything less than what our property was worth. Amy also appreciated the attachment we had to our property and ensured that it was not cheapen it in any way by low ball offers. She was so easy to speak with and she kept us updated every step of the way.
