I had a great experience working with Kianna while looking for an apartment. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire process easy. From first communication to the apartment showing, she took the time to understand my needs and showed me places that were a great fit for my family. She was knowledgeable about the properties and the area, and answered all my questions with patience and expertise.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN.

Lived here for 2 years. In that time they never fixed the gates which they said they would. The pool had been opened only for a few months out of 2 years. They will charge you up and down for fees but what do they go to? Pool is closed, gates don’t work, homeless people walk around the complex taking trash out of the dumpster. The mail room is on the outside of gates so any random person could take your mail.

The worst of this has started when moving out. I have never paid late one time always did the right thing here. Gave them a 90 day notice. After moving out they decided to keep throwing random charges on my account. Multiple month to month charges even though I had just moved out 2 weeks prior. When going to explain my case NO ONE WILL ANDTHE PHONE. GOD HIMSELF COULD CALL AND THEY NOT ANSWERING THAT. When i personally went and stated my position i was told i would need to wait for my account to be fixed? No eta no urgency to fix the issue and definitely NO ACCOUNTABILITY in that office.

I have been waiting patiently for someone to fix my account or even get in contact with me to go over anything and all I get back is calls asking if I would like to renew my lease!!! Like do they not know I moved out?!?

This is pure incompetence and I am very trouble with what is going on. I see how people get treated here when they’ve done everything they possibly can right.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

This has been the most horrible experience I've ever encountered. Been here almost a year. When you submit a maintenance request they will put that it has been completed and nobody even entered the apartment. There was a wasp nest inside my chimney and on the balcony. I requested some one to come and spray and when I called the office i was told they came and sprayed outside the apartment. That was a LIE No one came to the apt at all. The assistant manager Lucy shouldn't be in charge of nothing she gives out the wrong information and then acts like she don't give a damn about nothing you are telling her. They charge you 400 dollars for the utility bill then you ask about it and then LUCY tells you that it's the water department. When it's not. it's the apt complex .she says one thing and then tell you something totally different a few days later. She doesn't try and work with you cause she don't care. When you ask to speak with her boss she will not let you..DO NOT MOVE HERE. I Lived In their sister property for 4 years and didn't have any problems until I moved to these apartments. If I could give no stars I would.

Do NOT recommend!!

I’ve been living here 44 days and been complaining about the same thing EVERY DAY since! Nothing gets fixed around here!!! The ceiling in one of the bathrooms has been leaking for 31 DAYS. I’ve reported this to Jermaine, and Lucy (asst. property manager) and no one has done anything about it.

There’s absolutely no reason a tenant should have to BEG to have stuff fixed!!!

** 3 weeks later (12/12/24) still no update on a fix for the issues within the unit

I’ve been here almost a year now. I was told my apartment was ready for move in and there were so many things that needed to be fixed. It was supposed to be an upgraded apartment but looked run down. There were holes in the door, scratched paint on the door, pieces of the mirror peeling, panel blinds missing (over half of them), issues with the latch for the patio door, window screen missing. I filled out the apartment condition form and was told these things would be taken care of immediately. After almost a year some of the things have been fixed but not all. I’m understanding that other residents have urgent issues as well and I’ve tried to be patient… but after a year, it’s fair to say these things should have been taken care of. Staff has always been nice (Kaylee and Madison). They never answer the phone though. I’ve literally had to take off so many times to get in contact. They do respond to emails for the most part. I’ve paid for a package storage since I’ve been here and never been shown where it is… and all of my packages have been delivered to my door. Packages have been stolen. My car has been broken into. But from what I’ve been told, the apartment complex has nothing to do with that. I’ve been redirected to the police each time. The gates have not worked since I moved here but as of last night the gate was locked, I had no code to get in, and my key card doesn’t work. About 4 other residents tried theirs and it did not work as well. So the only way to get in was someone coming out. I’ve been trying to budget for a baseline rent but it’s never the same or even close to the same amount which makes no sense to me. I resigned my lease in July and it was due mid-August. I kept getting charged a month to month fee. I had resend my lease (should be on file) and get this fixed 3 times. My experience hasn’t been as bad as some others, but enough to make me want to move ASAP.

I stayed in these apartments for 2 years never late on my rent. While they had fluctuating rent prices high water bills and I had to pay for 2 internet bill mines and they automatically make you pay for there useless internet. On top of that dealing with neighbors that don't know how to act. All that for them to put a eviction on my credit for moving out on time. This place is fraudulent if you care about your credit don't move here they lied about the pricing my rent was 1300 but every month my rent was 1600 with the fraudulent pricing. Don't move here!
They ruin your credit.

The management company has been absolutely horrible, taking over six weeks to address multiple issues in the unit property that only came to light after a Fort Worth City government inspector visited the units and sent them a letter demanding immediate repairs. While they started the repairs after the government letter, it has been completed yet. The management consistently ignores calls and emails, leaving tenants in the dark. The security gate has been non-operational for months, creating significant safety concerns. Last month, the rent payment system malfunctioned, leaving tenants with only 14 hours to pay rent instead of the usual 72, yet they still charged 10% late fees, prompting another state agency to investigate. Before signing the lease, they were nice and responsive, but after moving in, the service became unbearable. They violate lease terms and community norms, leaving issues unaddressed. Living here has been a nightmare due to the management, and I wish someone had warned me beforehand.

I lived here for a couple years and in that time the experience was very mediocre. The pool in that time was only open for 3 months out of 2 years. The gate they said they would fix has never been touched. The mail room is on the outside of building any homeless or random person could go in. Multiple times walking in the parking lot I’ve seen homeless people going through the trash and looking into cars. My vehicle and others have been broken into and the apartments do not care they just say call the cops and they won’t let you see the cameras.if you ever call they will not answer. Would always need to take off work to go to the office. the office does not care about you. You pay over 100 dollars in fees for no reason seeing as most of the amenities are always down. Would not recommend moving here to anyone find another spot and keep your money.
