I live in the adjacent property with the unlucky view into this community. Their residents, employees, and guests use the area nearby as a dumping ground for trash, late night club, and public toilets. I have had to call the police almost weekly to have them come out at 3-4am to get loud parties and music shut down. The management seems less than receptive to receive my complaints and I now feel it necessary to let the public know.

If I could give zero stars I would... it has been nothing but hell since I moved into these apartments. Even before I moved in... first of all my apartment that I originally was supposed to be in wasn't ready on the date they said it would be. So they put me in a more expensive unit. Then when I moved in, the toilet was filthy with urine stains from the previous owner, the sink was also stained.... the people in the office NEVER answer the phone. I also had a love seat that I had on my patio that I was asked to remove or be fined. Meanwhile almost every other resident here has multiple fire hazards, trash and debris that still remains. (It makes me feel like I am being singled out because I am the only black person here)... I also have been here for a month now and still haven't received a mailbox key although I have asked several times. My patio storage also remains unsecured. I will also mention I asked when I moved in "hey do you guys tow cars here?" To which I was specifically told "no we don't!! You will be ok"... fast forward 2 weeks later they towed me and a guest of mines cars (the day we were supposed to pay rent none the less)... The property management told me they will take care of the fines. When I got to the tow place they had only payed for one car.. it took about 800 dollars to get the other car back.. can you imagine my frustration The neighbors are loud and blast loud music that shakes my whole apartment no matter what time it is.... i have so many more complaints but I am tired of typing and nobody cares anyways it seems. So I am here to warn others dont't move here. I'm posting pictures of everybody else's balconies who don't get fined or asked to remove there things.... but my nice leather love seat had to go... smh I'm definitely just thinkin about suing

Staff is very rude … they told me they don’t provide rental history for tenants… maybe because I was never late but I doubt they with hold information if I was a bad tenant.. hot water boilers always broken police always in apartments homeless ppl live in bushes next to apartments. This place JUST WANTS MONEY .. only 13 vistor parking spots for over 400 residents don’t lease here

I was so excited to try this property. But looking at the reviews after, I made a big mistake. Erika did not know the transfer fee or the application fee she kept screaming across the office on what too do. She said she was here too help but was not helpful at all. Very disappointed, I had previously spoke to Adriana a few days ago for my move in and everything seemed smooth. However this lady Erika did not meet the expectations of my move in experience.

I’ve lived here for more than a year and can’t wait to move out. I’m not home most of the time and my electric bill has gone up. Plus have lots of maintenance issue and have put a request almost 4 months ago and it has not been fixed. First because the didn’t have a copy of my key so I went and took my key so they can make a copy and still nothing has been fixed. And when they say they will help the won’t. And the manager don’t care. Just go rent somewhere. And they NEVER answer the d@m phone.

Update 10/02/2023
After manager communicated with me stating they would fix the issue, it has not been resolved. Also the phone issue is still going on they won’t pick up the phone. Is it so hard to just pick up. I gave up can’t wait to move out.

If you don’t want to sleep at night might as well move in. The noise from their cars won’t let you sleep. They love to throw parties until 6 am. So if you want to stay awake this is your place. They are always in the maintenance area . Also security loves to hang out with them and join them. Good luck

Aggressive management style! My personal property was damaged by the staff and they refused to replace my brand new furniture. Also, my car was vandalized twice in the parking lot totally more than 13k of damage

Would be 0 stars if possible. I lived here for 2 years, my friend lived here for a year and so did my girlfriend. All 3 of us had miserable experiences. They will hit you with over $2,000 of fees when you leave, regardless of condition. They will tow at will, as my car was towed more than once. They will never answer the phone, respond to voicemails or respond to emails. Now, almost 2 months after I moved out, they emailed me they are filing an eviction against me. My lease ended at the end of December, and I turned in my move out notice in October. They will try to con you into a month to month lease stating they never received notice and try to screw you at every chance. The ONLY benefit to living here is the price. Pay a little more and go somewhere else. This place is not worth the hassle.
