Very nice, straight forward, no pressure, sale. Very thorough with the whole sale process. Myles spent over two hours explaining all the bells and whistles of our new car. Never felt rushed. I think he would have stayed until midnight if we had more questions. Also big kudos to Curtis (sales manager) for honoring the True Car out the door price.

I really enjoyed working with Hector Ramirez and the team at Genesis of Santa Rosa. In fact, Hector was extremely patient with me after I'd selected a vehicle since I was traveling for a while and then sick prior to finalizing the lease. There was absolutely no pressure from Hector and he took extra time to explain many details about the car. Ben and Curtis in the finance team were also very helpful.
