They were the selling agent when I bought my house last year, I had the worst experience dealing with them. This company had the wrong address for the house listed so my locked in interest rate was no longer valid when the closing date got closer and I unfortunately had to get a higher interest rate because rates went up again. I would definitely not recommend them.

I am moving to Alabama and found a house in Brewton that I loved that this company has for sale but said they were willing to rent. I transferred with my job so I just didn’t have time to buy but it is in the 6 month plan once we get there. The lady in this office was so terribly rude and so unnecessarily disrespectful there is no way I would rent from this company. I then spoke with Carla that is a little friendlier but the way they talk down to me there is no way I would rent even for one week from them! When I’m ready to buy a house I will completely avoid any for sale with this company.

I did business with them for three years. Nothing got fixed or replaced. The roof had leaked and we didn't know until my husband's hand went through the wall while he leaned up on it. They replaced some of the walls and when they tore the walls down the insulation was infested with black mold and they didn't want to replace it. When I voiced my concern about the black mold I was told that me and my family needed to get out. I was concerned about my 3 year old daughter inhaling it but the landlord or English Realty was worried about it. The AC was under water during the hurricane and it went out. We had to supply window units because the landlord or English Realty wanted to supply them for us or fix the AC unit. The landlord told us that we had to take the window units out because it was ruining the window seals but I was not going without air. My husband also fell through the bathroom floor and nothing was done about it. The landlord only fixed a small area of the floor instead of doing everything right. The staff is also rude and I had a very bad experience with them. Will not do anymore business with them.

I called to ask about a house and was hung up on before I could ask a second question. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I went in a couple of weeks later and the woman that was in there rushed us out very quickly. We were not even in there five minutes. Well, they missed out on a customer! Now we have a wonderful realtor with another company!

Rent from these people and it will be bad experience. If they like you they'll be nice until you need something. Then when you need an issue resolved or move out they won't fix issue and make up phony things to take out of your deposit!!! Don't rent or buy house horrible service!!!

They are horrible people to deal with. I have called constantly and left message after message because of some people they have placed in a house in our neighborhood that are nothing but trouble. They will not even call back.
