Damon, Christal, Dyle, and the team over at Custom Property Management were excellent to rent from. I had the pleasure of renting from them for 2 years and would do it all over again if I could. Extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. House/property both were in great shape and never had a single issue. Highly recommend!

Dyle has been amazing to communicate with. I had a bizzar issue and what others would have said “Good luck Chuck”, they were happy to work with me. Communication is very fast via email and they actually answer in office when you call versus being sent in circles to outside offices like I’ve been dealing with elsewhere.

Management lacks significant knowledge regarding the properties they manage. We have a furnace that uses both natural gas and electricity. However, we were initially told it only uses electricity. We are now in the process of connecting the natural gas connection to our home. My wife is 8 months pregnant and our house is 57 degrees. Nightmare.

They did not respond to my emails or phone calls, claimed that my application got lost in the spam folder. Their website is misleading, They do not accept slow or marginal credit as it states. My credit is a 631 and the office manager said I need a 650, she refused to run my application. The website states that they would take a bigger deposit but she would not. She stated "if she did it for me she would have to do it for everyone else." I looked the next day and the house had been rented out. I feel like if you're African American, you wouldn't stand a chance with this company because I didn't, even though they knew my situation was dire. I emailed Damon Cummings numerous times never even heard his voice. He never contacted me, therefore I can only give 1 star.

The Staff at Custom is extremely professional. The application process is simple and easy to understand. They are very prompt to answer and fulfill repairs concerning the property. I found Custom to be excellent as a liaison between the landlord and tenant. I appreciate their attention to details.

These folks were so nice and helpful.

Although I did not end up renting from them they worked very closely with me throughout the application process and would not take the money for my application fee without knowing for sure I would get approved. So impressed by that!

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer my questions. I would by happy to work with them again. Many thanks to the people at Custom Property Management for their kindness.
