I bought a house from City Venture at Grove Village and by far this is the worst built home I have ever bought. I would not recommend buying a home from this builder. The worse part is I am still under warranty and it takes months for them to fix things. The HVAC system is too small to properly hear and cool the larger single family homes. The homes are overpriced for the cheap upgrades that they are offering and the craftsmanship is horrible. They just start working on the side of my house without letting me know and I’ve been here for 6 months. Do not buy here!!

I purchased a home from City Ventures and it was a very bad experience for me. The home took many months longer than they said to close and we ended up losing our mortgage rate we had locked in because it took so long. When this happened City Ventures was not even willing to let us cancel our contract and get a refund. We ended up buying the house at a very high interest rate.

1 year later City Ventures has long moved on to building the homes across the street and still has not finished our community at Stony Village. The trees and plants are dying because they still haven't set up a working irrigation system.

My wife and I purchased a home from city ventures and encountered so many problems. We were pressured to close before the house even had working utilities or was fully completed. Many upgrades that we paid for were not installed such as the EV charger plugs and lights we purchased. We had to fight very hard to get what we paid for. The biggest issue though is that the community of stony village was never completed so the irrigation leaks 10's of thousands of gallons of water onto the street, yet all of the plants and trees are dying because the water isn't reaching them.

We bought a house from this developer (city ventures) across the street called stony village. We closed over a year ago, the house has many problems which they still have not addressed and this builder abandoned the community before it was complete. The trees are dying and there's no working irrigation system. I highly recommend not buying a house from city ventures.

Well, beautifully homes, but the neighborhood around is not really worth to pay 600k on a home.
