So, I've lived here for nearly two years now, leaving in November, and I have NEVER had a better renting experience. Years and years of renting and this is the best.

The apartment was nice and clean when I moved in, the staff at the office was helpful, and the maintenance team is INCREDIBLE. Seriously, they have a live-in MacGyver who can fix anything in a matter of minutes. In and out, very polite, very quick. Never had a better maintenance guy.

The only real issue with the apartment is its proximity to some roads that people like to rip up and down at night, but that's hardly the apartment's fault. If you don't want that, just ask for a unit in the middle of the complex. The grounds are kept nice and clean and it's a nice walk to the middle.

If I wasn't moving across the country I could live here forever.

Joann helped me secure a nice 2 bedroom apartment the same day. Very friendly and explained everything required to lease. My family and I will be moving in a month from the east coast and I only had a Saturday to shop around. This apartment has gated community with all the amenities that are found in many other apartments but also offers washer/dryer in the unit as opposed to a laundry facility, so it really helps my wife with our newborn. Even met some random tenants and they assured me that the area is quiet and nice. Out of the many apartments I toured in one day, this had the best value that met our requirements.

I was looking for a place to live and nearby to the workplace and honestly for my first time in Palmdale/Lancaster area this is by far really good experience with nice managers and helpful staff. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a relatively good place to live with reasonable pricing

I lived here for 1.5 years and highly recommend it. When I had issues, maintenance was very quick to respond. Janelle and Joanne were very kind and made my experience very comfortable. They know how to choose the right tenants. Neighbors are all great as well.

This was our home for a few years and we grew our family here, so it is a special place to us.

I would give it 4 stars, but not because it said online there is a workout place, but it’s never open. I have seen one of the managers come from working out there and she said it was closed. Hmm, ok?

Also, the 1st year living there, our neighbors were constantly loud at 2-4am. The rent does go up, but I am sure rent is going up all over the country.

Anyway, the grounds were always maintained and the maintenance men were always there to fix something if we needed it.

Place is safe and it was comfortable living there. I had some issues with management in the office. They’re not the most logical/rational. One example is that they renewed the pavement within the complex. It’s a process to get done so they had to close off one side while doing the other and switch. Well management sent out a notice giving the times that work would be done and they sent flyers as well as people knocking on doors warning ppl to clear their vehicles otherwise they would be towed. Well the first half was supposed to be finished in the evening (it ended up not being finished until very late at night/early morning. Most ppl had work the next day so were able to switch sides. I had that day off so hadn’t moved my car. When I went to get my mail one of the managers said they were doing the other side so I went to move my car but she mentioned she thought about having those cars towed. Which makes no sense since they didn’t stick to their timelines. It’s an inconvenience to the residents to be left wondering when to move their cars. The staff is there providing convenience to their residents, residents shouldn’t have to worry about getting their car towed when staff can not meet their own timelines. It ended up not being an issue, but this was just one highlight of some of the irrational thinking from management. They are nice and I understand mistakes happen but they should be more sincere and rational with the residents.

While living here is 100% acceptable, But when I moved out & I requested copies of my rent record they just don’t want to help . I understand me keeping up with my records but while Moving across state things tend to get lost . I just wished they understood that i needed specific document && they say I have my lease , which I do have but my new place is requesting the receipt to show I actually paid.

Excellent management staff, courteous & professional. Viewed unit and 24 hrs later received keys. Unit was very clean, fresh paint and carpet. Grounds are well kept by the maintenance team. A+ rental community!
