Town Square Apartments is a decent apartment complex in the Antelope Valley. They just switched to new management. The maintenance staff they have are great. Anytime there is an issue, they are quick to fix it. You can be on a month-to-month lease, a couple month lease, or a year lease here. They are reasonably priced for 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments.

Is amazing. Very helpful and responsive to addressing issues. She communicated with me through out the entire application process, during the pandemic. Very nice apartment, quiet complex and I am a stickler on being subjected to other people disturbances, I love the the complex is pet friendly and has a washer & dryer. Management is awesome.

I've lived here for 8yrs now and I'll say that maintenance has stayed consistently amazing. There are 2 guys and they're both great. The office has improved, it has gone through a couple crews since I have been here I think, and I feel like it has gotten better post covid. Very satisfied. Overall, I love living here...it is home. ❤️

great maintenance very nice guys, horrible horrible management and social skills...the manager in the office is extremely rude. Also, the smell of pot is everywhere. The lease specifically states smoking off your balcony is not allowed but there are several apartments that are constantly making the whole area reek...my son and I have to walk through an actual visual cloud each morning to get to my car. And management does not give a crap.

The managers are on point They are there when you need them at all times. The units are nice. The units are new, washer, and dryer hook up.love it

I have been renting here for 2 years and all I can say is the staff is amazing. Never had an issue with anyone here. Peter and Elliot are just amazing. They always get everything done in a timely manner. If something breaks they have no issue fixing it or replacing it. If you plan to relocate Town Square Apartments is the place to go.

I love living here! I love Stacey and Myra! Stacey goes above and beyond to accommodate her tenants! Myra is friendly and both ladies greet you with a smile! I can’t speak for anyone else encounters with them but I’ve been here 2yrs so far and has never had a problem as a single mother with four children! My neighbors constantly complained about my children and Stacey went above and beyond to make the both of us satisfied! Of course people are not going to like it if you don’t jump to their every command and that’s what it seems as if most of these complaints are about! These two ladies are busy tending to current and new tenants here so of course they can’t always be in the office to answer phones and talk with every tenant! It’s a huge complex and it’s these two ladies that are constantly dealing with complaints from tenants, maintenance orders, rent, making sure the complex is taking care of! And from my personal experience and being a current tenant here these ladies are doing an awesome job for what they deal with on a daily basis! As far as the complex my only complaint is the tenants should start cleaning up after their animals so that the community can continue to be nice! There’s bags for dog poop all throughout the complex and it’s not maintenance job to clean up poop! I would highly recommend living here! Stacey is the reason why I decided to stay longer than I intended and my kids love the complex and the convenience of everything! Good job Stacey and Myra!

We lived there for a year and never had a problem. They updated all floors to a modern gray wood tile, counter tops are updated, and maintenance staff were fast to respond. Always super clean and the neighbors were really nice. Never had anything sketchy happen. Really nice area to live. Best bang for our buck too for rent plus utilities. We looked at over 5 different apartment complexes in Lancaster also and couldn’t beat this place’s price.

Management is great. I love Myra. I never have any problems with getting things fixed when needed. Sometimes it can be hard to get in touch via phone but if you put what you need in the drop box they try their best to get things done within 24hrs. Peter( Maintenance) was stellar and went above and beyond to fix what I needed in a timely manner. I had a maintenance emergency and he stopped dinner and came and replaced what was needed.
