We really enjoyed living at Montecito Apartments. The office staff, Julie, Stephanie and Jasmine are great and attentive.The maintenance was always quick to respond and they never disappointed when you had an issue with your place. The grounds were cleaned daily and kept nicely. The area is convenient to shops and close to the 14 freeway. The price was fair in comparison to other apartments in area and they did not raise your rent up every lease period. Overall a reasonable place to live. I

Generally a beautiful complex and grounds. Previously had various drainage issues but those have been resolved. Many of the apartment cabinets, fixtures, and appliances are dated and need replacement - they tend to implement band-aid style fixes. Maintenance response time is very good. Excellent location although somewhat overpriced.

Management was very helpful with me as I am a first time renter! Stephanie was very transparent with explaining everything! The first day my toilet was broken but even though maintenance was not around a phone call was made and they were there the next day and fixed it! Could not have picked a better place for my first time!
