This is the second time I’ve used Nancy as my realtor. The first time was to buy my first home and this time was to sell that home. I wish I could have used her to buy this time too, but I was buying out of the area. She is incredible. After our 3 month contract, we decided she wasn't of any help anymore. And in retaliation she decided to go to our vacant house with her contractor to Remove a door knob on the back of our house, and switch the keys on her supra box that refused to remove...AFter we had to change the keys she continues to send her contractor to our house to have our lock boxes removed... I would not recommenced her for various reasons, and one of them being she only visited our house once in the 3 month time period. She was to lazy and occupied with other none essential things like a birthday party to hold our open house on multiple occasions.
