This residence is beautiful and comfortable, and we lived here for years, enjoying the community. However, since the arrival of the new manager, Darlen, things have taken a negative turn. She has created an increasingly hostile environment for us and our neighbors. While many of us would like to move out because of her cruel behavior, the affordable rent here keeps us stuck, most of us simply can’t afford the higher rates elsewhere. She seems to be fully aware of this and is taking advantage of the situation, mistreating tenants without consequences. It’s clear she’s exploiting our financial limitations to behave with total disregard and a lack of respect. I only hope those responsible for her can take action before things get any worse.

Currently I am a new resident, and not only is the property amazing and quiet, Darlene the office manager is very helpful, sweet, and goes above and beyond. You couldn’t ask for a better place to rent especially with being affordable!

I was a tenant at this property for many years. And since the property has gotten new management she’s had made living at the property very uncomfortable for my family. I moved due the unfairness the constant unfairness/harassment by new management. I’ve seen many residents moved that’s been there for many many years which is sad. I feel she racially profiles tenants she’s altered the waiting list countless times. I wanted to contact corporate with my concerns but wasn’t given the correct phone number. It’s a very nice community but this new management isn’t what the property needs.

Went in to do my application, met with Darlene and she was great!! Very helpful and polite, she over extended her self for me and helped every step of the way. She’s always had an open line for communication and always got back to me quicker then expected. The complex was nice and clean. My future apartment is beautifully updated and I am so excited for my move in!!!
