I've heard a lot of bad things about this apartment complex but I've been here 2 years this month and they've been nothing but great for me. As long as you stick to the lease you signed keep up on your apartment and submit any maintenance requests within a timely manner of your problem and pay your rent on time or at the very least communicate with the office about your situation you shouldn't have any problems at all.
