There is not enough room on this page to show my gratitude and professional recommendation for Ryan & ThinkSBA! Short story, he's a miracle worker. We had started on a deal with the SBA last year that, due to my tenured experience in hospitality, seemed like an easy projection loan on a good potential property. Well, COVID-19 hit and banks pulled completely OUT of any hospitality lending. They would not even give us the time of day - not really understanding the property or our potential. We went through 3 brokers, 36+ banks and had relinquished most of our hope on a dream property. Luckily, our accountant knew Ryan, introduced us and he made it happen, not only in record time but surmounting many hurdles.
