Renters beware do not rent at this property too many people were shot on this property. Don't jeopardize your own safety or children safety renting at this property. Management hides in the office because of fear of there own safety. Management smiles but that smile is really up side down. Be safe. Be smart don't waste your money.

Live here for two years. Nothing wrong with them and after that they try to be cost more when they repaint apartment

The apartment is way too small for the price. And these apartments don't have washer & dryer hook ups. The walls are super thin so you can always hear the people in the apartment next door. There's no recreational room. The price got rent should be less. Management continues to raise the rent?

I applied for a place that I see available on craigslist.com for the 2bedroom 1bath at Casa Bonita through gold coast residential on June 09, 2019. I provided all the require documents listed on the website via through email and in person. I literally provided seven of my most current pay stubs to the property although they only ask for three. Lauren the person who answered the phone knew how important and/or essential it is for me to obtain a place before I start with my new job on June 17, 2019 as I stressed my concerns. Mind you, I was hired on a promotional basis within the state agency; therefore, I will be getting paid much more. Lauren was asking for information neither my employer, human resource and myself had and told me that she couldn't process my application unless she has that information. Spoke with Sharla from corporation she was really nice and extremely helpful. She had Michelle the manager of the property give me a call. First thing Michelle said when I answered the phone is why did I called corporation? she was aggressive hostile I’ am very dissatisfied with the service I received therefore I requested for them to refund me my application fee and my holding fee. Through the many years of my life I never had such a difficult time securing a place. They're providing false business practice which need to be established on a upper management level.

First things first, the rent is too high for a place like this and continues to go up for no reason. (It has gone up almost $300 in the three years we lived here, and we were given no reason as to why.) Neighbors for the most part are good but if you're not lucky, you'll end up with ones that yell and scream into all hours of the night, and the walls and floors are so thin that you'll hear every little detail. Also, the apartments themselves are very poorly made. It's very obvious to see where whoever made repairs in between tenants had cut corners or used cheaper materials to get the job done. Parking is also very sketchy since in the time we've lived here, we were attacked and almost mugged right in the parking lot AND had our front license plate stolen. All in all, can't wait to move out of here.

The girls In the front are nice as hell until your already a tenant. Then they are rude and act like your bugging whenever u call for something. Don't plan on getting your security deposit back even if your apartment is perfect when u leave.. people break into the garages easily because they only have a slide bolt held on by 2 wood screws. Oh and they delete the bad reviews also lol let's see if this one lasts.

Worst place to live. Management is horrible, they stated one time " we only collect your rent payment, we do not do anything else". They are allowing many trashy people to live there that hang their clothes on the stair railings, and stay up all night. I moved in with no molding, but when i moved out i even got charged 50.00 for picking up "trash" that was left in the bathroom. The apts are extremely small, and the bathrooms do not have good ventilations. The AC/ and heater installed appear to be 10+ years old, and dont function well. Embarrassing to live there.

Bless morning, for the year 2020. My over all living here has been more than fine. Thumbs up. People must realize there are worst places but I have found this apartment complex very nice. Theres always room for improvement but far as good living place until you buy, this is a good selection. Blessup!!!!!!!
