I have lived in Hidden Falls Apartments for just over a year now and love it! Amber and the management team are incredibly friendly and responsive, always making sure residents feel at home. The maintenance staff is fantastic - quickly fixing any issues and addressing any concerns.

The overall atmosphere here is welcoming and peaceful. It’s a great place to come home to after a long day. The landscaping is always well-kept, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into making the grounds look nice.

While the building itself is older, and you might hear the occasional noise from neighbors, it’s never been a major issue for me. The communal laundry can be a bit of an inconvenience at times, but it’s clean and well-maintained.

If you’re looking for a place with a good vibe, friendly staff, and a comfortable & safe living environment, this is the perfect spot! I highly recommend it!

Amber is the leasing agent. She is very personable and knowledgable. Each time I have had a question or needed a repair it has been done exceptionally fast and well. She is somebody you can always count on to be there when needed. I have lived in the apt complex for 2 yrs. It has always been kept up painting yard inside and outside of the complex. She is on top of all of the issues and serves all her tentants with professional poise.

I loved living a hidden falls ❤️ me and my daughter always felt safe and any issues were handled quickly. Amber was awesome at her job and always so friendly. The laundry room and pool area were always maintained and clean

I absolutely love the Hidden Falls Apartments and I can truly call this place home! Their attention to detail is so quintessential for what I was looking for when renting. This is actually my second time renting from this property and I won’t look elsewhere again to be very honest with you. When I talk about this place to others, it’s a hidden gem that’s tucked away! The property is absolutely gorgeous with flowers and lots green around! The grounds and amenities are very well maintained here!

I am very pleased with the professionalism with Amber! who is a top-notch property manager always so polite and extremely knowledgeable! She consistently goes above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free, always greeting me with a warm smile and promptly addressing any concerns I may have. Thank you Amber. And a big shout out to Manny who is the on property maintenance team! Thank you for everything you do as well on the maintenance side of the house and keeping the grounds clean! It doesn’t go unnoticed!

The manager on site Amber is amazing, this our first time renting and so far Amber has made it very smooth and easy. She is always making sure her community is happy and makes sure the apartment is clean and peaceful. If we have questions or concerns about something she is always willing to hears us out and help us with anything we need to feel safe and peaceful at the apartments. She is reliable, humble and always positive vibes. Manny the maintenance guy is nice and friendly and always on time when it comes to any repairs we need. Thank you for everything Amber and Manny!
